Many of you probably don't know Ravenous Romance has asked me write another Civil War novel (well, actually right after the Civil War). It's the sequel to Land of Falling Stars, featuring Gavin and Sophia.

I need your help! I can't come up with a title and I'm looking for suggestions. Keep in mind the first title and the era.

This book is a must have! If you've read Crossroads and loved it as much as I did then you need to get your hands on a copy of Crossroads Revisited now. It's just as good and even better than the first. In this novel you'll see Frank and Rand's budding relationship start to bloom, but not fully yet because Frank still has a lot of emotional baggage getting in the way. The suspense in this novel will keep you guessing even though you think you've discovered the real killer. In the end, you'll get a big surprise. I fell in love with both Frank and Rand and felt they could have a great relationship if they had time together to be comfortable to show their emotional sides.

Keta Diablo delivers yet another steamy, hot, sexy and mysterious male/male erotic romance novel that will have you panting as well as making you want more. You won't want the story to end. I was sad to have finished this novel in less than 4 hours, but I couldn't stop reading it until I found out how things would end for Frank and Rand. Now that I've read it, I hope Keta Diablo will finishing writing the last novel in the Crossroads series. After reading my second male/male erotic romance I want to read more and look forward to reading any and all male/male erotic romances by Keta Diablo.

I’m a Southern author named Ed Williams, and I hail from Juliette, Georgia. Juliette’s one claim to fame is that it’s the place where the movie Fried Green Tomatoes was filmed. People still go down there to see the WhistleStop Café, which really is the old general store my granddad, Ed Sr., owned for years.

To get back to talkin’ about why I’m here in the first place, I wrote a coupla of wild, southern county boy books about growing up in Juliette that actually sold a bit a while back. Recently, I finished my first ever novel, a Christmas story entitled 'ChristmaSin’. And I’ve been asked by the very nice purveyor of this blog to tell y’all a little something about it in a quick kinda way. So here goes:

It has my brother Ernest, my dad, Ed Jr., and lot of our relatives in it, on top of that are some loose chicken fight women and Simulah, a Juliette lady that always smelled kinda bad, in addition my grandfather Ed Sr. gets his jumper cables stolen by a black man who he distrusts, a ghost gets involved in it all, and there’s a lot of cussin’, the shootin’ down of a mountain goat off a mountain by my dad back when he was in Korea, and a girl named Laurie who kissed me in front of everybody at a pep rally which made my groinocological area betwixt my legs stand up like a good soldier. I wrote it all like I was a seventeen year old kid tellin’ the story, and if you knew me back then you’d know my hormones were pumpin’ like a Jerry Lee Lewis piano, which meant I got into a lot of trouble at times concerning women and potential DNA swaps. Basically, all of my family goes through a Juliette Christmas from years ago that’s real, blunt, fun, and a lot less sugary than most of the Christmas stuff that you see out there. And oh, by the way, there is a bit of a Christmas message tucked into the end of the story so that we can officially say it’s a

Christmas book and not just some wild azz romp. It’s a bonafide Christmas book, we can argue all day long about whether it’s a decent (in more ways than one) or not, and after reading all this y’all oughta have an idea as to why we’re callin’ it ChristmaSin’. So there.

"You were instructed not to touch anything in the room, were you not?"

Craven turned abruptly and looked into the ice-blue eyes of the most magnificent-looking man he'd ever seen. Long, black hair touched his shoulders, sleek and shiny; the waves accentuated his olive skin and finely-chiseled features.

"Yes, sir, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to."

"Didn't mean to, or couldn't help yourself?" The decadent creature advanced toward him.

Heat crept up Craven's neck. "I-I, it brought back memories, sir."

"Did it now?" the Greek God said.

Craven nodded and licked his dry lips.

"Perhaps you'd care to tell me your name and why you were snooping about my private property?"

"Craven Saunders, sir, and we weren't snooping―"

"What do you call it, young man, agate-picking?" He shook his head, his voice stern. "I detest it when someone lies to me. At least if you are determined to spy on others, be man enough to admit it."

"Yes, sir."

"Yes, sir, what?"

Craven's tone took on the innocent pleadings of a child. "We were spying, Mr. Beresford, but I promise it won't happen again."

"Oh, I've no doubt about that, Mr. Saunders." He arched his neck, the sleek, black hair gleaming beneath the soft candlelight in the room. "I must inform you that my valet, Higginbotham, claims you've been spying for weeks. Knowing Higginbotham is an honest man, I conducted an investigation myself last Friday eve."

The man swiped a hand across his erotic mouth, the gesture turning Craven's knees to marmalade and his already dry throat to an arid desert.

Craven hung his head. Damn, he could do nothing but confess. "Your man spoke the truth."When Craven garnered the courage to look at him again, the man gave a tiny shake of his head before speaking. "Craven . . . an odd name, is it not?"

"Yes, sir," he interjected quickly. "It means―"

"I know what it means―weak, spineless, fearful." The world tilted on its axis when the man advanced and raked him over with those deep, blue orbs. "Do the adjectives describe you, Saunders?"

"No, Mr. Beresford, sir, I don't believe they do."

He studied the man, captivated by smooth, silky cadence of his voice. If indeed Beresford stood before him, Anthony couldn't have been more correct. Magnificently stunning, he oozed primal male virility. The dim light of the bedchamber could not hide it. His mouth full, his nose straight, every feature of his face finely-chiseled face had to have been crafted by a skilled artisan . . . or a patient God. Craven couldn't drag his gaze away from the man's luminescent orbs. His stomach somersaulted and he longed to be touched by him, fucked senseless. Had he been out in the sun too long that day?

"Well, we shall see about that." The man's slow, languid once-over sent shivers down his spine.Closing the distance between them, he took Craven's chin between his thumb and index finger, forcing him to look into those piercing eyes. "What makes you think my name is Beresford?""My friend, Anthony, told me Dominic Beresford's eyes were the color of ocean depths, sir, so I assumed―"

He snorted. "Anthony? The other sniveling brat who, at this moment, occupies my parlor?"

Craven nodded again and felt his knees go weak. Breathing hard, a manly scent, tinged with spice, spiraled up his nose. God, would that he could take back this day.

This book is a collection of short stories that, because they are by different authors, vary in their quality. As such, I decided that the most fair way to review this book was to review each story separately.

Lip Service by Keta Diablo

After their recent tiff, Bryan took off for Japan on business and left Navarre home to stew. Now Bryan is expected home after two long weeks, but fate has other plans mechanical problems with his plane and no rental cars available. So what's a desperate man to do? Find his own means to get to the man he loves. When Navarre finally arrives at Bryan's hotel, he has second thoughts about challenging fate. Bryan has company in his room!

The final story in this anthology is M/M, which is not something I’m personally into, so how hot it is, is hard to judge. That said, this was the sweetest of the stories. The relationship between Navarra and Bryan is palatable in the dialogue and their mannerisms around each other. And regardless of what sort of relationship you are in, driving 200 miles to be with the one you love on your anniversary, is just good old fashioned romantic.
